On December 17, 2014, JSC 'Latvian Shipping Company' received two notifications
from Giovanni Fagioli regarding the acquisition of significant indirect
shareholding. 

On March 31, 2014, Giovanni Fagioli reached 14.04% of JSC 'Latvian Shipping
Company' voting shares. However, as of December 4, Giovanni Fagioli indirect
shareholding increased up to 14.21% of the share capital of JSC 'Latvian
Shipping Company' (notifications attached).
