| | With reference to item 7c on the agenda concerning election |
| | of new members to the Board of Directors, the Board of |
| | Directors hereby announces that the shareholder has proposed |
| | the election of Mr. Jesper Jarlbæk and Mr. Angelos Papoulias |
| | as new and additional members to the Board of Directors of |
| | TORM. |
| | Mr. Jesper Jarlbæk is 53 years of age and holds directorships |
| | in a number of Danish and foreign companies. He was |
| | previously state authorized public accountant and managing |
| | partner in Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. |
| | Mr. Angelos Papoulias is 54 years of age, holds a B.S. in |
| | Mathematics/Economics as well as a Masters Degree in |
| | International Management and works in the financial and |
| | maritime sector. |
