Munich, January 22nd, 2008 – AZEGO AG (former ACG Advanced Component
Group), ISIN DE000A0PNL64 (former ISIN DE0005007702) today has again filed
for insolvency because of illiquidity at the Munich Municipal Court. At the
same time the 100% subsidiary First Components GmbH also has filed again
for insolvency because of illiquidity.

During the last two years AZEGO AG implemented several cost reduction
measures to reduce losses and to significantly increase its margins. But
even through its convertible loan 2007/2011 the company could not achieve
the planned revenue of liquidity which would have been precondition to
continue the operating business.

Last days` negotiations with investors and competitors (after the company`s
withdrawal of its first filing for insolvency) have not been successful.
Even though there had been several promising possibilities, AZEGO was not
able to eliminate its illiquidity. As the negotiations did not come to a
successful ending the company now had to file for insolvency again.
