AZEGO AG withdraws filing for insolvency

Press Release according to § 15 WpHG

Munich, January 15th, 2008 – AZEGO AG (former ACG Advanced Component
Group), ISIN DE000A0PNL64 (former ISIN DE0005007702) today officially
withdrew last week`s filing for insolvency at Munich Municipal Court for
both companies affected, AZEGO Aktiengesellschaft and its subsidiary First
Components GmbH.

Following AZEGO`s filing for insolvency last week, several competitors and
investors have shown their serious interest in cooperating with AZEGO
and/or to become financially engaged in the company. In addition creditors
will be offered compromise settlements in order that their claims can be at
least partially satisfied. Respective negotiations have been started by the
company`s CEO.

AZEGO assumes that its liquidity problems might be solved if those
negotiations come to a positive ending; nevertheless if the negotiations
will not be successful, a new filing for insolvency may be necessary.
