The Supervisory Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG has appointed Mr. Klaus Wendlandt
as ordinary member of the Management Board of BÖWE SYSTEC AG for the
period from 15.02.2010 to 14.02.2013. Mr. Wendlandt will be responsible for
the area of finance and will perform the role of CFO (Chief Financial
Officer). The previous CFO, Dr. Harald Nippel, will simultaneously be
standing down from the company's Management Board. The Supervisory Board
would like to express its thanks to Dr. Nippel for the commitment he showed
in his work in the interests of the company and wishes him all the best for
the future.
 
The Supervisory Board wishes Mr. Wendlandt good luck and every success in
the performance of his duties.
