Today's signing of bearer bonds in the amount of 12 million EUR, collaterized by operating solar parks, marks Clere AG's first step towards its new business model. Further signatures in the amount of up to 21 million EUR are in the pipeline. The respective bearer bonds have a life of up to seven months. In the medium term, it is planned to purchase projects focusing on the generation of renewable energies as strategic investments for achieving long-term return on investment.
