Cobham plc has today announced its decision to make a voluntarily offer for
Thrane & Thrane and  to commence a public tender offer process with a view to
acquire shares of Thrane & Thrane for DKK 420 per share in cash, equal to a
value of the total share capital of approximately DKK 2.4 billion.
