Collateralized Mortgage Obligations Denmark A/S' result for the first
six months of 2010 came to DKK - 97,000 which is in accordance with the
expectations. The shareholders' funds were DKK 14,962,000 at 30 June 2010. 

The total result for 2010 is expected to be a loss. This is in accordance with
the expectations stated in the annual report for 2009.
