In its today's meeting, the supervisory board of Comarch Software und
Beratung AG (ISIN: DE 000A1KRMR8 and DE000A1KRMU2) unanimously appointed
Dr. Christoph Kurpinski as new member of the management board with
immediate effect. Concurrently, the supervisory board unanimously appointed
Dr. Kurpinski as chairman of the management board. Prof. Janusz Filipiak,
the holder of this office since November 25, 2010, will continue as member
of the management board just as Mr. Ludwig Ametsbichler and Mr. Piotr
Piatosa.

Dr. Kurpinski, a graduated engineer, has been working for the leading
internet payment system ClickandBuy since 2009 where he was responsible for
the engineering department as member of the executive management. Before
this he worked in the executive managements of prestigious ICT
corporations, e.g. as spokesman of the board of directors of DTMS GmbH.
