Comarch Software und Beratung AG (formerly SoftM Software und Beratung AG,
ISIN DE0007249104) achieved revenues totaling around 36.9 million euro in
2010 (previous year: 38.9 million). In 2009, revenues included
approximately 2 million euro from units that were sold in 2009 (groupware,
SoftM Czech Republic and SoftM Poland).

The standard software business unit generated revenues totaling 16.7
million euro (previous year: 17.6 million, including 0.6 million from the
groupware business unit). Revenues from sales of the Java-based Comarch
Semiramis ERPII solution rose by 11 percent.

The consultancy business unit posted revenues of 12.5 million euro for 2010
(previous year: 13.7 million, of which 0.7 million from groupware). The
Polish and Czech subsidiaries, which were sold in the third quarter of
2009, had generated revenues of 0.2 million euro in 2009.

The system integration business unit saw revenues rise a modest 0.2 million
euro to 7.7 million euro (previous year 7.5 million).

The decline of revenues, due to the sale of units mentioned above, combined
with restructuring costs and an impressive 10.5 million euro in development
costs (2009: 9.8 million) produced an operating result before interest,
taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) of -1.7 million euro (previous year: -2.4
million). EBITDA was balanced in the fourth quarter. The result before
taxes (EBT) came in at -7.1 million euro for 2010 (previous year: -7.2
million) due to exceptional write downs totaling 2.9 million euro. The
result after tax came in at -7.0 million euro (previous year: -5.8
million). No deferred tax loss carry forwards were capitalized in 2010
(2009: 1.4 million Euro).

Investors should bear in mind that the 2010 results have been influenced by
further massive investments in product development. In particular, a new,
fully-integrated accounting system has been developed for the Comarch
Semiramis ERPII software plus a platform-neutral version of the InfoStore
document management system.

The Polish parent company, Comarch S.A achieved revenues of about 191
million euro in 2010 (previous year: 168 million) with Group EBIT coming in
at 5.9 million euro and net profit at 10.9 million euro.

The definitive Comarch Software und Beratung AG figures for 2010 will be
announced on 8 April 2011 when the 2010 annual report is published.
