- Quarterly Revenues of Q4/2011 are 7.2 million euro (Q4/2010: 10.3) 
- EBIT Q4/2011 of 0.8 million euro compared to -3.5 in Q4/2010
- 2011 revenues at 28.5 million euro (previous year: 36.9 million) 
- EBITDA -1.2 million euro (previous year: -1.7 million)

Comarch Software und Beratung AG (formerly SoftM Software und Beratung AG,
ISIN DE0007249104) achieved revenues totaling around 28.5 million euro in
2011 (previous year: 36.9 million).

The standard software business unit generated revenues totaling 14.9
million euro (previous year: 16.7 million). Share of revenues from sales of
the Java-based Comarch Semiramis ERPII solution in total revenues in year
2011 remained at the same level as in year 2010.

The consultancy business unit posted revenues of 9.9 million euro for 2011
(previous year: 12.5 million.

The system integration business unit recorded revenue decrease to 3.7
million euro (previous year 7.7 million euro). The significant decrease was
a result of decision made in 2011 to limit activity in this area.

Due to decline of revenues in 2011, combined with restructuring costs and
8.7 million euro in development costs (2010: 10.7 million), an operating
result before interest, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to -1.2
million euro (previous year: -1.7 million). In the fourth quarter, EBITDA
was at the level of 1.4 million (previous year: 0). In the whole year 2011
operating result before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounted to -4.4 million
euro (previous year: -7.1 million euro) and in the fourth quarter to 0.8
million euro (previous year: -3.5 million euro). The result before taxes
(EBT) came in at -4.4 million euro for 2011 (previous year: -7.1 million)
due to exceptional write downs totaling 0.5 million euro.
The result after tax came in at -4.4 million euro (previous year: -7.0
million).

Investors should bear in mind that the 2011 results have been influenced by
further massive investments in product development. In particular, a new,
fully-integrated accounting system has been developed for the Comarch
Semiramis ERPII software plus a platform-neutral version of the document
management system Comarch ECM (before: InfoStore).


The definitive Comarch Software und Beratung AG figures for 2011 will be
announced on 6 April 2012 when the 2011 annual report is published.
