In today's meeting of the supervisory board of the company Comarch Software
und Beratung AG (ISIN: DE0007249104), Munich, the CEO of parent company
Comarch S.A., Krakow, Prof. Janusz Filipiak, was appointed chief executive
of the company with effect from the 25th of January 2010. Piotr Piatosa,
who has held this position since the 5th June 2009 - alongside his role as
member of the executive board at parent company Comarch S.A. - will
continue as a member of the executive board along with Ludwig Ametsbichler
and Ralf Gärtner.

Prof. Filipiak has resigned from his position on the company's supervisory
board with immediate effect. The board of directors now comprises Konrad
Taranski and Professor Dr. Hans Zangl; a request for an appointment to fill
the third position on the supervisory board has been issued.

The SME marketplace in the German-speaking regions (Germany, Austria,
Switzerland) in which Comarch Software und Beratung AG operates has
strategic importance for the Comarch Group. The telecom and banking sectors
have also expanded significantly in the German marketplace in recent times,
not least with the receipt of the largest order in Comarch's company
history from E-Plus this year. Over 40 percent of the group's turnover is
now generated in the German-speaking world.

'The German-speaking market has gained massively in importance for us. Our
objective is to further strengthen our position in this strategically
important market', explains future chief executive of Comarch software und
Beratung AG Prof. Janusz Filipiak.
