On 19 June 2012, Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. (company registration no.
01672274) announced its acquisition of approximately 68.3 per cent of the
shares and voting rights in Thrane & Thrane A/S in connection with the
voluntary recommended public tender offer to the shareholders of Thrane &
Thrane A/S and now holds in total 5,494,835 shares, corresponding to
approximately 92.4 per cent of total shares and voting rights in Thrane &
Thrane A/S. Reference is made to company announcement dated 19 June 2012. 

Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. has informed Thrane & Thrane A/S that it has
been resolved to initiate a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in
Thrane & Thrane A/S during the period 28 June 2012 to 26 July 2012 pursuant to
Sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act. Reference is made to the attached
notice from Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. of today's date.
