The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Regensburg, November 29, 2001 – feedback AG, Regensburg, has applied to Deutsche Börse AG for a cessation of trading in its shares in the Neuer Markt as of the close of trading December 14, 2001, and for the acceptance of listing of its shares in the Regulated Market (Geregelter Markt). This move by the Company results from the fact that following the offer by Phenomedia AG to the outside shareholders of feedback AG for an exchange of shares, only 238,123 feedback shares continue to be widely held. These shares represent 4.96 % of feedback AG’s current share capital. The Neuer Markt’s particular disclosure and informational requirements also caused substantial expense to feedback AG and considerably tied up the capacity of management personnel. In view of this situation, the majority of the Management Board has come out in favor of this trading segment change.
