The Management Board of GWB Immobilien AG announces that the loan contract
for funding the Postgalerie Speyer property has been signed. This legally
binding contract was concluded today (10.02.2011) between HSH Nordbank AG
and Projektgesellschaft market 12 GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of GWB Immobilien AG. All of the funding required for the Speyer property
with a total investment of about EUR 44.3 million has now been secured with
the conclusion of this contract.
