The executive board of H&K AG (ISIN: DE000A11Q133 / WKN: A11Q13) announces
as per art. 17 MAR that the French Direction Générale de l'Armement (DGA)
has accepted Heckler & Koch GmbH's offer for the delivery of up to 102.000
new assault rifles, up to 10.700 new grenade launchers, related ammunition
and accessories. The products are expected to be delivered to the French
army over the next 15 years. Heckler & Koch GmbH is part of the H&K
AG-Group.
