Skive, Denmark, 2014-08-05 11:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

As stated in company announcement no. 3, 24 March 2014, Dantherm entered into
an agreement with the parent company of China Technologies Holdings Group Co.,
Ltd. on the divestment of the Telecom business segment. 

As stated in company announcement no. 8, 4 July 2014 it was expected that
Closing related to the divestment could be completed in July 2014 following the
formation of a European holding company for completion of the acquisition. The
holding company has been founded in July, and Closing is expected to be
completed in near future.
