OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell will pay interest on its Bonds listed on the 
Tallinn Stock Exchange (IKPB058029AB) in the amount of EEK 1,45 per each bond on
21 July 2008. OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell redeems 357 Bonds, i.e. 0.82 % 
of the Bonds. Interests and the redemption amounts will be paid to investors who
according to the information of Estonian Central Register of Securities are the 
owners of the Bonds on 17 July 2008 at 8:00.                                    

Interest payments will be mediated by investment bank AS Lõhmus, Haavel &       
Viisemann. Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities
accounts of the persons entitled to the interest payment by 16:00 on 21 July    
2008, the latest. The Bonds of OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell bear interest 
rate 5,8% per annum that is paid quarterly.                                     

Income tax will be withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or      
resident natural persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
