July 

Hereby AS 'RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA' informs that the mandatory and final
share buyout offer expressed by SIA 'CAPITAL HOLDING' starts today, on 13th of
July, 2015.

Offerer: SIA 'CAPITAL HOLDING', registration number 40103782514,
registration date April 24, 2014, legal address: Ganību dambis 24D, Riga,
LV-1005. Offerer owns 2 002 102 (95,66%) Target company's shares. Helēna
Livšica owns 100% of SIA 'CAPITAL HOLDING'. Considering that Helēna Livšica
indirectly owns more than 95% of AS 'RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA' shares and AS
'RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA' shareholders' meeting of 16.06.2015. decided to
delist company's shares from the regulated market (also the Offerer has voted
'for' the delisting) , the company owned by Helēna Livšica announces the
mandatory and final takeover bid.

The buyout price of each share is EUR 1,56.

The period of the share buyout offer is 30 days starting from 13th of
July, 2015.
