Stockholm District awards damages to Yarps Network Services AB

On March 7, 2016, the Stockholm District Court rendered its judgement in
the lawsuit of Jubii Europe N.V.'s (ISIN NL0000233195) Swedish subsidiary
Yarps Network Services AB against the Swedish telecommunication services
company, TeliaSonera AB,  regarding  Yarps Network Services AB's claims for
damages due to TeliaSonera AB's abuse of dominant position in relation to
the internet access business previously offered in Sweden.

The court found TeliaSonera AB guilty of abuse of its dominant position and
ordered TeliaSonera to pay to Yarps Network Services AB damages of SEK 65
million plus interest until payment is made. A preliminary and rough
interest calculation as per today results in an amount of approximately SEK
62 million. The  amount of damages (SEK 65 million) and the amount of
interest roughly and preliminary calculated as per today (approximately 
SEK 62 million) therefore in total amounts to approximately  SEK 127
million which on the basis of the current exchange rate is approximately
EUR  13,6 million.  The court further decided that both parties have to
bear their own costs.

The Stockholm District Court was the court of first instance in this
dispute and its judgment can be appealed by each party within the next
three weeks. Consequently, it is not yet certain if the judgement of  the
Stockholm District Court will become the final and binding judgement in
this dispute.  Following intense assessment of the written judgement, Yarps
Network Services AB  will decide on further steps, including on the issue
if Yarps shall appeal any part of the judgement, and disclose this decision
in an adhoc announcement.
