Court of Appeal grants leave to appeal to Yarps Network Services AB and
TeliaSonera against judgment of Stockholm District Court

In the lawsuit of Jubii Europe N.V.'s (ISIN NL0000233195) Swedish
subsidiary Yarps Network Services AB against the Swedish telecommunication
services company, TeliaSonera AB, regarding Yarps claims for damages due to
TeliaSonera's abuse of dominant position in relation to the internet access
business previously offered in Sweden, the Court of Appeal in Stockholm
granted leave to appeal against the judgment of the Stockholm District
Court from March 7, 2016, following Yarps' appeal of March 29, 2016, and
TeliaSonera's appeal of March 24, 2016. There can be no assurance that
Yarps would prevail in the second instance at the Court of Appeal and
maintain a money verdict in its favour.
