To strengthen the day-to-day management of the portfolio, the Company has
entered into a new asset management agreement with Valad Sweden AB, which is a
part of the Valad Property Group. 

Valad Property Group is a leading fund and asset manager with an international
network of local offices. Valad manages alone in Europe a portfolio of 850
properties in 14 funds with a value of more than EUR4.7 billion. On a worldwide
basis Valad has more than EUR5.8 billion worth of properties under management.
The Nordic operation comprises 6 offices and 50 employees in Denmark, Sweden
and Finland and manages a total portfolio of 246 properties with a value
exceeding EUR1.2 billion. 

Valad has assembled a team, who will perform the asset management role. The
team will be headed by Michael Bruhn, who is also to perform the day-to-day
management of the Company. 

Michael Bruhn has been running Valad's Nordic operations for 6 years and has
more than 20 years experience in the region as a developer, agent and asset
manager.

local knowledge in Sweden, they are also represented in Denmark, where the
bonds are listed, which ensures a good understanding of the whole structure.

and therefore has the best possible competence to manage the Kefren portfolio,'
