Ulf Schweda was appointed member of the Managing Board of Kleindienst Datentechnik AG effective 1 September 2002 and will succeed Dr. Harder as Chief Financial Officer. Ulf Schweda has been in charge of finance and accounting for the Kleindienst Datentechnik Group since 1 October 1999, most recently as Prokurist of the company. Within the Managing Board, Dr. Götz Möller (member of the Managing Board since 1 July 2000) assumes Dr. Harder’s responsibility for the operating segment Outsourcing Service.
