The publication, originally planned for October 31, 2002, has been rescheduled to take place on November 7, 2002. The increase in the scope of the audit work compared to last year contributed to the delay in completing the preliminary results. Based on current information, management believes that sales will be slightly below forecasted EUR 100 million, resulting in a slight loss for the fiscal year.
