Neue Sentimental Film AG raises sales forecast by more than 20 percent up to
EUR 32 million for the fiscal year 2004.
Frankfurt, November 20th, 2004: Neue Sentimental Film AG, a Frankfurt-based
international media company raises its sales forecast for the financial year
2004. After the primarily planned turnover of EUR 26 million the group will
now be able to realize an overall turnover of more than EUR 32 million which
corresponds to an increase in sales of 23.1 percent.
The raise of the sales forecast is mainly due to the successfully accomplished
expansion in the Spanish advertising market and the herewith associated
majority shareholding of a local advertising film production company.
Based on the new sales forecast the company should now be able to realize a
positive result on an EBITDA basis in 2004 (previous year: EUR -1.3 million).
Depending on the seasonally strongest fourth quarter in the media industry and
the business development of the Spanish NSF Espana Ltd. a balanced result on
an EBIT basis should also be achievable (previous year: EUR -1.8 million).
In the forthcoming financial year 2005 sales will continue increasing
organically by about 10 percent whereby EBIT and Cash Flow should be clearly
positive. With this sales forecast another important step is done towards a
lasting turnaround.
