By the end of August 2013, the employee elected Board member Lars Siim Madsen
will resign from the Board of Directors of NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) due to the
expiration of his employment with the company. 

Lars will not be replaced, and the Board of Directors will therefore be reduced
to Allan Andersen (Chairman), Torbjörn Bjerke, Christian Lundgren and the
employee elected Board member Morten Henrik Nielsen.
