Given the bank's solid capital base, the bank's board of directors, having
obtained the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's permission, has today
decided to redeem the issued hybrid core capital on 2 March 2015. 

The hybrid core capital, nom. DKK 200 million, was issued on 2 March 2005 with
the right, on notice of 30 days to 2 March 2015 and each subsequent date on
which interest is due, to redeem all issued notes at par plus accrued but
unpaid interest after prior consultation with and permission from the Danish
Financial Supervisory Authority.
