It has been decided to grant further share options to the management and key
employees. The programme is a continuation of the granting of 46,000 options in
2005/06 and 56,000 options in 2006/07. 

In total 65,000 share options will be granted, with up till 50,000 share
options for selected employees in the group, and 15,000 for the management. The
share options will be granted within 30 days from today. The Board of Directors
is not covered by this programme. 

Each option corresponds to one share in the company. The exercise price will be
calculated so that it corresponds to the average price quoted on the OMX Nordic
Exchange Copenhagen during the past five days prior to granting the options,
with an annual increase of 4% less distributed dividend. The options may be
exercised during a period of 3-5 years after the date of granting of the
options, provided that the holder of the options has not resigned from his job
in the Glunz & Jensen group at the time of exercise. 

The market value of the granted share options as of today is DKK 0.6 million
based on the Black-Scholes model for valuation of options (volatility 30 %,
interest 4 % and dividend of DKK 0).
