Today, the board of management and supervisory board of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA resolved to propose a dividend of EUR 2.00 (prior year: EUR 1.30) to the shareholder meeting to be held on 19 June 2019. The dividend is due to be accompanied by an adjustment to the dividend policy. Against the backdrop of an expected, structurally and sustainably growing German out-of-home advertising market and the successful OOH+ strategy, the current payout ratio of between 25% and 50% is set to be increased to between 50% and 75% of adjusted profit.
