At issue is the change in the Neuer Markt regulations that came into force on October 1, 2001, regarding the expulsion criteria for insolvent companies. teamwork’s interim injunction prohibits Deutsche Börse AG from implementing this change with regard to teamwork AG until March 1,2003. As a result, teamwork AG will remain listed on the Neuer Markt. Last year, teamwork AG obtained an interim injunction prohibiting application of the change in the regulations before October 1, 2002. Following the planned restructuring of the German stock market segments, teamwork is planning to list its shares in the newly created Premium Market Segment.
