The appointment of a receiver is a UK insolvency procedure. This has become necessary because, following the insolvency of TelesensKSCL AG, the directors have been unable to raise finance to fund ongoing operations in these companies. It is expected that the receiver will be in discussions with the future insolvency administrator of TelesensKSCL AG.
