Grant Thornton Rimess OÜ, a Certified Adviser on alternative market First
North, informed Nasdaq Tallinn yesterday, on January 5, 2015 about having given
Telescan AS a notice about termination of the agreement concluded between the
certified adviser and the issuer. According to clause 20.3 of the rules of
First North, the Certified Adviser shall provide the Issuer with three months
prior notice before termination of the agreement. The agreement will be
terminated as of April 5, 2015.
