Braunschweig -  Today, the Board of Management of Volkswagen Bank GmbH has
decided to exercise its early redemption option and to call the 'Euro
120,000,000 Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2015 (10NC5)' (ISIN
XS0237497002, WKN A0BNZP) issued on December 12th, 2005 and listed on the
regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. All Notes will be
redeemed at par value on December 21st, 2010.

With regard to the repayment date foreseen in the Terms and Conditions of
