resolution was taken to issue fixed rate bond emissions in LTL and EUR under
the 'Base prospectus of LTL 500,000,000 short and medium term bonds offering
programme' approved on 13 October 2011 by the Security Commission of the
Republic of Lithuania, and to approve the Final terms and conditions of the
