Dear Sirs,                                                                      

Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A., is issuing a Index Linked Note,  

AL Europæiske Finansaktier 2008/2013                                            

in DKK due 12 June 2013 through a public offering. The offering period is from  
19 May to 3 June 2008 (both days included).                                     

The maturity is 5 years                                                         

At maturity the investor receives 100% of the invested Aggregate Nominal Amount 
plus an amount, which is linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx Banks (Price) Index.
The amount will be positive if the performance of the index is positive and     
otherwise 0. It is calculated as the performance of the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx    
Banks (Price) Index times a Participation Rate.                                 

The Participation Rate will be fixed on 4 June 2008 according to the market     
conditions that day. If, due to the market conditions, it is not possible to    
achieve a minimum Participation Rate of 70%, the issue will be canceled. An     
indicative level as of 6 May 2008 is 95%.                                       

Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg has arranged this issue and Dexia Bank 
Denmark A/S is acting as paying and listing agent for the OMX Nordic Exchange   
Copenhagen A/S. The sale will take place through Arbejdernes Landsbank A/S.     

The Final Terms issued in relation to the EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term   
Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments
