Sales and earnings 
Allbecon Olympia AG increased Group sales by 18.5 per cent to EUR 187.6 
million in the first half of 2007. Sales were higher in all countries, and
market share increased in all countries, apart from Germany. The
Netherlands accounted for the largest proportion of total sales (EUR 103.1
million), followed by Spain (EUR 39.2 million) and Germany (EUR 36.1
million).
 
Group EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) for the six-month period were
up 26 per cent at EUR 6.3 million. The EBIT margin rose from 3.1 to 3.3 per
cent of total sales. 
 
Marcel Slaghekke, CEO of Allbecon Olympia AG: 'We focussed strongly on 
the development and introduction of the franchise concept in our markets.
We are very satisfied with the results so far, even though the roll-out is
still ahead of us staring in 2008.'
 
Operating growth Allbecon Olympia opened eleven new offices in the first
half of 2007: seven in the Netherlands and one each in Spain, Italy, Poland
and Portugal. Further growth is to be driven primarily by the franchise
concept. The preparations in Germany and Spain have been completed in the
meantime and important organisational structures have been put in place for
franchise management and national account management. The first preliminary
franchise contract in Germany was signed in August. In Spain, the first
contract is expected to be concluded in the fourth quarter. The holding
organisation has also been strengthened, in order to support the operating
companies with the implementation of the new business concept.
    
Prospects 
Allbecon Olympia aims to generate sales of more than EUR 400 million in the

2007 financial year. The emphasis in the ongoing operations is on the 
opening of new franchise offices. Further franchise contracts are to be 
concluded in Germany and Spain in the second half of the year. In spite of
the investments planned in the context of the growth strategy, the EBIT
margin for 2007 is exceed the 2006 EBIT margin. Even faster growth is
scheduled from 2008 onwards.
