Riga, 2015-04-20 07:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On April 17, 2015, JSC 'Latvian
Shipping Company' received notification from Giovanni Fagioli regarding the
acquisition of significant indirect shareholding. 

On April 17, 2015, Giovanni Fagioli has reached
15.43% of the total voting capital and indirectly owned 30 865 362 shares of
JSC 'Latvian Shipping Company' (notifications attached). All the shares are
owned by OÜ 'Fondo H Estonia' which is 100% owned by Italian based investment
company FH S.p.A. in its turn owned by G.Fagioli.
