Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 A/S has reduced its holding of Class B
shares in Alm. Brand Pantebreve A/S to the effect that Finansieringsselskabet
af 11/2 2010 A/S' portfolio of shares in Alm. Brand Pantebreve A/S equals an
ownership interest of 14.33% and 6.85% of the votes in the company. 

Following the reduction, Finansieringsselskabet af 11/2 2010 A/S holds 236,456
Class B shares in Alm. Brand Pantebreve A/S.
