(“Bestinver“) announces today that several of its managed funds intend to sell their entire remaining stake representing 1,702,997 existing ordinary shares in Befesa, S.A. (“Befesa” or the “Company“), representing c. 5.00% of the Company’s outstanding share capital, to institutional investors by means of a private placement via an accelerated bookbuild offering (“Private Placement“). The bookbuilding will start immediately after publication of this announcement and may close at short notice. The results and final terms of the Private Placement, including the selling price of the shares, will be determined by Bestinver at the close of the bookbuilding process and will be made public by way of announcement.
