The issuer / publisher is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Shareholders of BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG have approved the proposal for an ordinary increase of the share capital through the issuance of 27,082,885 bearer shares of a nominal value of CHF 1.00 each at an issuance price of (rounded) CHF corresponding to EUR 1.530212 (rounded), converted at the average EUR/CHF conversion rate quoted on Bloomberg at 09.00 a.m. Swiss time. The new capital will be funded though an in kind contribution of all then issued and outstanding shares of Dutch Biodiesel B.V., Rotterdam.
