New White Paper Guides Businesses as They Grapple With the Complex Cloud

'The Challenges of Enterprise Cloud Migration: Successfully Navigating a

the need for a disciplined approach to Cloud migration which includes an
operational roadmap, a framework of requirements and best practices, and a
solid financial model. 

According to Cartesian, many IT projects fail because of poorly understood
requirements, lack of systematic planning and inadequate business cases. But in
reality, these factors are symptoms of a more fundamental core issue, namely
