Due to health reasons CEO and chairman of the Executive Board Finn B. Sørensen
has decided to retire from the job as CEO in Fionia Bank. With regret The Board
of Directors has accepted the resignation. 

For more than 20 years Finn B. Sørensen has put his mark on the development in
the bank and positively influenced Fionia Bank's position in the financial
sector. 

The Board of Directors respects the decision that has been taken for personal
reasons, but also with focus on the future development of the bank. 

The Executive Board consists of member of the Executive Board Kaj Østergaard
Mortensen and member of the Executive Board Henrik Borup Jeppesen. 

The Board of Directors will shortly consider the future management of the
Executive Board.
