1. According to  JSC 'Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca' Counsil protocol
Nr. 2015/1 02.02.2015 the Board consists of elected: 

 Chairman of the Board Aivar Keskuela
 Member of the Board Natālija Petrova
 Member of the Board Vladimirs Kirsanovs

   According to  JSC 'Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca' Counsil protocol
Nr. 2015/1 02.02.2015 composition of the Board deleted: 
 Member of the Board Eduards Krukovskis
 Member of the Board Aleksejs Kolpakovs

2. The new composition of the Management Board JSC 'Daugavpils Lokomotīvju
Remonta Rūpnīca'  from 02.02.2015: 

 Chairman of the Board Aivar Keskuela
 Member of the Board Natālija Petrova
 Member of the Board Vladimirs Kirsanovs

 The Chairman and Member of the Board has the right to represent joint-stock
company together with one more Member of the Board, except for cases when
Members of the Board authorise one or two of them to conclude a deal in a
certain case or of a certain kind.
