(Frankfurt Stock Exchange: CAK) announced today that it has entered into negotiations to acquire Master Lease, Inc., a Colorado based truck & trailer leasing business specializing in equipment for owner-operators and small trucking companies. When concluded, the company expects that Master Lease would operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary, while enhancing offerings to customers by adding the fuel savings and emission reduction technologies that are the core of CleanAirTek's business.
