Berne and Frankfurt Stock Exchange listed Growth Capital Fund focusing on
Clean Technology Investments in the German-speaking region - announces the
joining of the 'Umwelttechnik-Cluster Oberösterreich' and the 'Netzwerk
Energieeffizienz'. By joining the initiatives Cleantech Invest AG enters a
network of more than 90 innovative companies - active in the areas of
environmental and climate protection and energy efficiency.

The 'Netzwerk Energieeffizienz' (www.netzwerk-energieeffizienz.at) has
positioned itself as an intersectoral hub for producers and technology
providers as well as a promoter of efficient energy management for coming
generations. The network is a catalyst of change in industrial and
commercial production to optimise the use of energy. Aim is to increase
profitability, competitiveness and the power of innovation and to
simultaneously decrease the use of resources and the generation of carbon
emissions.

The 'Umwelttechnik-Cluster' (www.umwelttechnik-cluster.at) is a platform
for small and medium-sized Austrian Cleantech companies to increase their
international competitiveness and power of innovation. The
'Umwelttechnik-Cluster' mainly aims to foster the business relationships of
