Insolvency court confirms insolvency plan of Compleo Charging Solutions AG Dortmund, 19 June 2023 – Compleo Charging Solutions AG („Compleo“) (ISIN DE000A2QDNX9, WKN A2QDNX) announces that the local court of Dortmund in the insolvency proceedings (No. 251 IN 93/22) of Compleo has approved the insolvency plan submitted to the discussion and voting meeting of 19 June 2023. All creditor groups have approved the insolvency plan. With the confirmation of the insolvency plan, a further step towards the completion of the transaction with the KOSTAL Group has been taken. However, regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of further contractual closing conditions are still pending. The parties continue to expect the closing of the transaction with KOSTAL Group to take place by the end of July 2023.
