On 28 June 2012 Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. announced its decision to
initiate compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S.
Pursuant to the rules for convening a general meeting, the remaining
shareholders were incited to within 4 weeks to transfer their shares to Lockman
Electronic Holdings Ltd. The 4-week period expired on 26 July 2012. 

Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. has today informed Thrane & Thrane A/S, that
during the period 27 July 2012 to 29 October 2012, the redemption of the
remaining shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S will be effected, pursuant to Section
72 of the Danish Companies Act, cf. Section 70. Reference is made to the
attached notice from Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. of today's date.
