Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A., is issuing a Fund Linked Note,   

Dexia FoHF 2008/2013                                                            

in EUR due 1 September 2013 through a public offering in Denmark. The offering  
period is from 9 June to 18 June 2008 (both days included).                     

The issue price of the note is 101% and the maturity is 5 years.                

The Redemption Amount of the Note is linked to the performance of a Fund of     
Funds, which invests in Hedge Funds or Alternative Investments. The name of the 
Fund of Funds is Uni-Hedge Concentrated Long/short Equity Class EUR. It is      
managed by Unigestion.                                                          

Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg has arranged this issue and Dexia Bank 
Denmark A/S is acting as paying and listing agent for the OMX Nordic Exchange   
Copenhagen A/S. The sale will take place through Dexia Bank Denmark A/S.
