DO Deutsche Office AG leases 5,600 sqm in the KASTOR TOWER in Frankfurt

The new tenant will lease up approximately 5,600 sqm of office and ancillary space. The lease will start on June 15, 2016 and reduce the vacancy in the 30,600 sqm building from 71% to 53%. The KASTOR building is one of the landmark buildings in the portfolio of Deutsche Office. “We are seeing continued liquidity in the leasing market” says Alexander Dexne, Speaker of the Board of Deutsche Office, “This new lease is a testimony of our ability to seize the leasing opportunities in the market and capitalize on our strong operational capabilities”.
