ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG: ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG presents its micro power station to the public
ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG / Key word(s): Product Launch/Market launch ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG presents its micro power station to the public Electricity generated from previously unused biomass Pfaffenhofen/Düsseldorf. – For the decentral generation of energy ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG has developed a compact biomass generator with an electrical output of up to 20 kW and heating capacity of 50 kW. The micro power station has been developed at the company’s location in Pfaffenhofen and will be revealed to the public on Thursday, 18 December and Friday, 19 December 2014. Micro power station generates electricity, heating and cooling on a local basis from previously unused biomass The generator, named ‘E3’, produces power, heating and cooling from previously unused solid biomass and waste materials – and does so exactly where it is required. The E3 is powered by a biomass pellet mixture which is produced by ENTRADE itself from waste wood. Even without renewable energy subsidies the cost of the electric power produced by the robust micro biomass power station is highly competitive compared with other conventional or renewable energy sources. The plant can be operated in isolation or can feed electricity into the public grid, while the exhaust warmth is used for heating or cooling purposes. “This technology, which among other purposes is ideal for emerging countries, provides decentral power supplies on the basis of renewable energies instead of using diesel generators, and makes a valuable contribution to improving the lives of people locally while at the same time strengthening the economy,” states Julien Uhlig, CEO of Entrade Energiesysteme AG, adding: “We see excellent market opportunities in all locations where solid biomass is created as waste material during production and can be put to economic use.” A number of major orders have already been received from emerging countries and Entrade AG is planning to produce between 200 and 500 units in 2015. The test station and pilot plant can be viewed from 10 – 18 hrs on 18 and 19 December at the Entrade AG research and development centre at Posthofstraße 2 in 85276 Pfaffenhofen. Throughout both days CEO Julien Uhlig and his team will be on hand to provide information. Contact: 16.12.2014 Dissemination of a Corporate News, transmitted by DGAP – a service of EQS Group AG.
